Monday, May 30, 2022 - INDIANAPOLIS

- Arrive in Indianapolis. Check into the hotel and meet your roomates

- Afternoon at leisure

- Dinner provided

- Evening orientation and first rehearsal of the show

  (Each participant should have their music memorized before arriving)

Tuesday, May 31, 2022 - INDIANAPOLIS

- Breakfast at the hotel

- Morning Rehearsal

- Lunch (on own)

- Afternoon rehearsal

- Dinner provided

- Evening rehearsal

Wednesday, June 1, 2022 - INDIANAPOLIS

- Breakfast at the hotel

- Morning Rehearsal

- Lunch (on own)

- Afternoon rehearsal

- Dinner provided

- Evening rehearsal

Thursday, June 2, 2022 - OVERNIGHT TO PARIS

- Breakfast at the hotel

- Pack up and be prepared to check out

- Last morning rehearsal

- Lunch (on own)

- Load the bus and depart for the airport for your flight to Paris

- Depart via scheduled airline for Paris (dinner served on board)

Friday,  June 3, 2022 - NORMANDY

- Breakfast aboard the plane

- Arrive in Paris

- Board the bus and depart for Normandy (approx. 3 hours)

- Lunch en route (on own)

- Check into the hotel

- Dinner provided

- Evening rehearsal

Saturday, June 4, 2022 - NORMANDY

- Breakfast at the hotel

- Check out of the hotel and depart for Sainte-Mere-Eglise

- Arrive in Sainte-Mere-Eglise

- Lunch (on own)

- FEATURE PERFORMANCE onstage

- Participate in the parade

- Dinner provided

- Load the bus and depart for Paris (check into your hotel upon arrival)

Monday, June 5, 2022 - NORMANDY

- Breakfast at the hotel

- Load the bus and depart for the Normandy American Cemetery at Omaha Beach

- Participate in the 75th Commemoration Ceremony at the cemetery

- Take some time to tour the grounds and walk down to the beach 

- Depart for Arromanche

- Lunch (on own)

- Viist the D-Day 360 Museum and film "in the round" in Arramonche

- Dinner provided

Sunday, June 6, 2022 - NORMANDY

- Breakfast at the hotel

- Depart for the Brittany American Cemetery in Sainte-James

- Participate in the 75th Commemoration Ceremony at the cemetery

- Depart for Le Mont Sainte-Michel

- Lunch (on own)

- Enjoy the afternoon at Le Mont Sainte-Michel

- Dinner Provided

- Return to the hotel

Tuesday, June 7, 2022 - PARIS

- Breakfast at the hotel in Paris

- Depart on a guided tour of Paris with a local licensed guide

- Lunch (on own)

- FEATURE PERFORMANCE at Luxoembourg Gardens

- Depart for Montmarte

- Dinner provided

- Return to the hotel
